Experience: Successfull trackk record with early start up company witn a minimum of 6 years in manufacturing industry or time pursued towards MBA.

Preferred: Background in manufacturing with some knowledge of automotive enthusiast market.

We are conducting a national search for our client, a North Dakota manufacturing company, for the position of President/CEO. With the ability to build a strong management team, and  capitalize on the talent of the existing team. Individual will design and oversee this manufacturer's day to day operations. The new CEO will be a growth-focused leader with success at strategic planing and execution, and building realistic goals and expectations for growth and general process improvements.

Additional attributes includes:

• Successful, dynamic leader with proven manufacturing experience, MBA or 5 years experience in industry.
• Significant management accomplishments in a small to mid-sized after-market automotive enhancements. Experience with funding small to mid-sized companies. Backbround in finance or past experience as a marketing director with E-Business.
• Abusiness mind-sent that embraces the relationship that exists between the customer and their automotive passions.
• Tactical establishment of Key Performance Indicators - including budget to actual sales pipeline and production schedule / on-time performance.
• Knowledge of international business with empahsis on automotive equipment product distribution.
• Understand automotive enthusiast target market.
• Experienced with negotiations for distribution channels and investors.

Compensation and benefits: Competive market-based salary dependent on qualifications. Qualifications may include option for percent of company ownership.
